Aliens Love Underpants
This book is incredibly fun and will be loved by little boys (and girls) everywhere. We smiled, we snickered, we guffawed as we read this one.
Told in rhyming verse (yes, be sure to pronounce bloomers so it rhymes with pumas) the book reveals that aliens are visiting earth for the sole purpose of playing with underpants on the clothesline.
Delightfully drawn and just plain fun, we loved this book and no one minded reading it again.
Aliens Love Underpants Homeschool Activities
#1 – The various underpants on the flyleaf might inspire an art project so you could design your own pair! Draw your ideas and get creative.
#2 – Got a little one? These underpants matching cards would be perfect for a preschool busy bag.
#3 – Later this month use leftover Halloween candy to make up your own alien cupcakes to eat as you read.
#4 – Aliens Love Underpants author Claire Freedman has a fun website with games, printables, and more. There is even a contact form where fans can send a message — which I am sure she would love.
And apparently underpants are quite the thing. Dinosaurs and pirates love them too as these other underpants books attest. Who knew?
