Welcome to Project Snapshot
In this space we endeavor to capture a memory with camera, just words, or both. Share a memory from your week that you do not wish to forget — a laugh with a child, a moment with a spouse, a memory gathered while alone. In time we will have a collection of memories to treasure.
No picture again this week — I’m so sorry. This week will go down in history as the week I moved my own blog from Blogger to WordPress. We took off school mostly, just doing a bit of math and and some Olympics studies.
Fortunately the weather was beautiful, and the kids spent hours outdoors on the trampoline, the swing, and in the newly refreshed sandbox. While they were there, they watched Dad work on a project of his own — the new garden shed.
And inside I learned more than I ever wanted to about migration and redirects and plug-ins and feeds and Genesis. Designing a new blog is fun to do, but there is a learning curve. Fortunately almost everything you ever needed to know can be found on the Internet.
But now I am here! Hope your week was more exciting.
