LOAD Day 18 | Your Morning Basket

Tonight is date night if the weather cooperates. Mom is coming to watch the kids, and Matt and I are going to Outback and Barnes and Noble. I knew there was a deadline to get this one done especially since LOST comes on tonight as well.

I’ve tried to choose photos that capture what I saw that day. She was just so darn excited to have everyone celebrating her and her birthday. It was so fun for me to watch her excitement.

You were so, so excited to celebrate your birthday. I can’t forget the look on your face when we began to sing “Happy Birthday” to you and light the candles. You were so giddy you could hardly contain yourself as you watched everyone sing and smile. I could tell that the moment made you feel incredibly special. And that made ME happy.
