Testing. Is this thing on? I am dusting off my old podcast and giving it a fresh new name and new format. The Homeschool Snapshots Podcast is now Ten Minutes to a Better Homeschool!

Through the years I have been a host or co-host of four different homeschool podcasts so, eh, what’s one more. Let’s make it an even five. Some of those podcasts I am still on, but what I decided was missing was a quick, actionable show that got right down to the nitty gritty.

So 10 Minutes to a Better Homeschool was born.

What Is The Ten Minutes To A Better Homeschool Podcast?

The show will be coming to you every week with the occasional hiatus around the holidays and summer. Most of the time it will be just me but sometimes guests will pop on for quick interviews about homeschool resources and topics of interest.

My goal is to try to stay right around the ten minute mark – give or take. Let me tell you — it’s not easy.

We will be publishing the show right here on the blog as blog posts, on YouTube each Friday, and as an audio version on all your favorite podcast platforms as well.

Answers To The Questions Homeschoolers Are Asking

On the show I will be answering the big and small homeschool questions from listeners like you to help you make your homeschool a more enjoyable place for the kids and for you.

Our first season is planned out and in the next few weeks we will be tackling:

  • Why you need a homeschool vision.
  • What homeschooling looks like post-Covid for both temporary and more permanent homeschoolers.
  • How to get your day off to a good start
  • The most important skill to develop to make your homeschool successful
  • How to teach your kids about money
  • So much more…

A Quick And Easy Resource To Help You Homeschool

Look, I know as a homeschooling parent time is in short supply. There are just so many things to do. That is why the ten minute mark is so important to this show.

We want to just take ten minutes a week to make it quick and easy for you to gain confidence and support you as you homeschool. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoy making the show.
